Product name: 3-D Life CD-Link
Description: 3-D Life CD-Link is a component of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system. It contains a
thiol-functionalized polyethylene glycol-peptide conjugate that can be used
together with Mal-PVA or Mal-Dextran (Cat. No. M90-3) in the
3-D Life Hydrogel system.
The 3-D Life Hydrogel system comprises reagents for setting up cell-compatible
hydrogels that can be modified with peptides (e.g. 3-D Life RGD Peptide) and
other bioactive factors to allow the design of specific environments for 3-D cell
cultures.
3-D Life CD-Link contains the peptide sequence Pro-Leu-Gly-Leu-Trp-Ala, which
is known to be cleaved by matrix metalloproteases, such as MMP1, MMP3,
MMP7 or MMP91
.
