Description:
B-type Natriuretic Peptide Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 129 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 14 kDa.
NPPB is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Formulation:
Natriuretic Peptide Precursor B 1mg/ml is formulated with 1X PBS pH-7.4 and 20% glycerol.

Stability:
BNP although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Greater than 90.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
