Introduction:
The B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-1 provides regulatory signals for T lymphocytes as a consequence of binding to the CD28 and CTLA4 ligands of T cells CD-80 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for t- lymphocyte activation. t-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of cd28 or ctla-4 to this receptor.

Storage Procedures:

Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Stability / Shelf Life:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4oC.
Antibody Properties:
Blocking and staining antibody. For staining, use 10 µl/106 cells. Titer for blocking T cell activation should be determined by the investigator.
